Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing products that meet their needs. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
• Recommend products based on customers’ needs and preferences
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
