Job Responsibilities:
Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in ahighly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools,communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the valueof T-Mobile solutions. As a Mobile Associate, you will consistently leverage digitalself-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboardingprocess. You will identify customer needs and use solution-basedselling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobileproducts and services. By recommending wireless solutions, and anonboarding solution centric to helping customers understand how toself-serve and utilize the T-Mobile app for wireless needs, youwill deepen relationships with customers and ensure theirsatisfaction. Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, newskills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems andreference resources. Review your personal results, currentpromotions, and updates on the Hub to be Customer Ready at alltimes. You will continuously learn and improve your skills toprovide the best possible experience for our customers. Partnerwith nearby store locations to properly/fully on-board customers.
Will perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, storeoperations, opening and closing procedures. As part of theseprocedures, you will carry keys to the kiosk cabinets, lock/securekiosk and assets, and report any lost keys or assets to yourmanager. Customer obsessed. You are passionate, friendly, and engagingwith customers. You are able to connect on a personal level, matchthe pace of the customer, build rapport, trust, and loyalty withevery interaction. You are committed to providing exceptionalservice, and to exceeding customer expectations. You willproactively reach out to potential customers to further drive salesactivity in your location. You are able to follow up withcustomers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and buildrelationships with new and existing customers. As part of yourrole, you will have the ability to perform price overrides for ourspecialty offers specific to National Retail. Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to helpsupport the customer experience from account set up, to devicesupport and account servicing.
Education and Work Experience:
High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retailenvironment preferred.

$17.50 Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associatesreceive on-the-job training and are eligible for incentive paywhile completing training milestones. Once completed, MobileAssociates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligiblefor an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actualincentives vary based on performance and full-time status. Allemployees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive ofbase pay and incentives.
