Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professionalmanner. Provide product information and recommendations based on customerneeds. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and showroom. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints bothin person and over the phone. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensurecustomer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in counter sales or customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multipletasks. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale and orderentry systems. Knowledge of heavy equipment a plus. Ability to lift and move heavy items, as needed.
