The POS Desk Sales Specialist Associate will assist with the timely implementation of new POS customers as well as assist with researching new prospective POS partners and software integrations. The person will be involved in troubleshooting and deployment of POS systems and other payment software. This specialist will analyze customer requirements and be a product level expert to suggest the best overall software fits.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Conduct evaluation calls with merchants/agents to recommend POS Solutions or Integrations Project Management PayBright CRMs and systems for all payment solutions sold. Monitor each stage from menu/catalog build, equipment shipped, training, install, go live, and more. from menu/catalog build, equipment shipped, training, install go live and more. Handle all incoming email/calls from agents requesting information on POS solutions and/or Integrations. Track incoming inquiries from agents on PayBright CRMs and systems, update changes as they occur. Update internal data base for Known Integrations, add as new integrations arise Update Knowledge Base as solutions change or added. Liaison with Applications and Tech Teams for updates on merchant statuses and implementations Search for new integrations for specific verticals, automotive mechanics, etc. Review Integration solutions with new agents when referred to POS Desk by Sales. Outreach to “nonperforming agents” as time permits Maintain POS, Integration numbers for monthly reporting Learn/Train on PayBright offerings as time permits Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook and Mac OS Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook programs. Multi-tasking Strong technology skills Receive direction and feedback effectively from various sources with different communication styles. Prioritizes work and proactively communicates status. Able to work with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks within the workday. Ability to stay positive, approachable and always focused on customer service. Ability to receive instruction

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience. Experience in the banking or credit card processing industry preferred but not required. Experience in the Hospitality /Service industry

Skills:

Strong understanding of operating systems, software, and devices. Familiarity with cloud computing. Network administration. Problem-solving skills. Analytical skills. Customer service experience. Patience. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Typing skills minimum WPM 60
