Sales Associates are Responsible for:

Providing exceptional customer service to every visitor Merchandising product throughout the sales floor Following TAF policies and procedures while working Handling cash/credit payments at the register Learning from their shift leads and managers Performing all other duties as may be assigned Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge includes: GED or HS Diploma ( 2-4 year college degree a plus) At least 1 full year of retail experience in customer-facing sales settings Flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays An interpersonal skill set to bond with co-workers & engage with customers A strong work ethic that actively seeks & initiates meaningful changes Emergent leadership that motivates & inspires through leading by example Superior product and lifestyle knowledge to help identify customer needs
