The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, the ability to problem solve, learn quickly, have excellent time management, and be excited to contribute to a team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping and consigning experience for our customers. Responsibilities Engage with customers on the sales floor and during consignment drop off. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring product displays are appealing. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and product rotation. Assist in consignment intake. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of customers. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
