Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and responsible Store Associate to join our team! This is a part-time position offering between 20 to 40 hours per week, with the potential for more based on performance and business needs. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working independently, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to learn about our products to assist customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide knowledgeable recommendations and product information Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards Operate the POS system for sales transactions Restock shelves and manage inventory Follow all safety, ID verification, and compliance regulations Open and/or close the store as scheduled
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older (state requirement) Retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Willingness to learn about smoke, vape, and alternative wellness products
