Retail Associate The Spice and Tea Exchange of Blowing Rock and The Spice and Tea Exchange West Jefferson 1087 Main Street, Blowing Rock, NC 28605 Are you a foodie? Do you enjoy drinking tea? We are seeking energetic part-time employees to work in a fun part-time work environment with a flexible schedule at The Spice and Tea Exchange of Blowing Rock and West Jefferson. This is a high energy job and must be available to work weekends and holidays. Prefer that candidates live within the Boone/Blowing Rock area. Having an understanding of cooking is preferred; enjoying eating a wide range of foods is a must. Please send a statement of interest. Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience. Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are organized and accessible. Utilize retail math to assist in sales and merchandising efforts. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and inviting store environment. Engage in cooking demonstrations or product sampling as needed to promote sales.
