Duties:
- Greet customers promptly and courteously
- Answer telephones promptly and courteously identifying yourself and the company
- Provide accurate and timely execution of customer’s orders, requests and other services
- Use computer to do invoicing, credits, returns, reclaim, product procurement/replenishment, cash box reconciliation etc.
- Load and unload company, customer and outside carrier vehicles using proper equipment
- Break down and put away stock
Experience:
- Must have previous warehouse experience
- Must be able to operate a forklift and other office machines
- Must have basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC)
- Must be able to move, lift and carry up to 75 pounds
