PT Sales Associate 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 2 Common Court, North Conway, NH 03860 As a Yankee Candle Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing scent-sational guest experience to our guests. Sales Associates provide superior customer service, share product knowledge and maintain the visual displays and merchandising in our stores. Sales Associates also maintain the cleanliness of our store facilities, process and receive shipments, ensure a safe environment for our guests and handle merchandise transactions by using our point-of-sale system, and other similar duties pertaining to the operation of a retail store.

Minimum Requirements:

1+ year(s) sales experience in a retail sales environment or similar fast paced, customer service environment, preferred. Previous experience in a retail sales environment with strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures. Demonstrated ability to effectively to relate well with others using communication, interpersonal, diplomacy and related skills required. Experience in a specialty retail environment required.

Hours:

Varied Flexibility in work schedule is required including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as operational need may require.
