Help customers buy, not sell them “Master” our product (vehicles), build value in it, and the auto dealership Listen and connect with customers, identify their needs and wants to help guide them into the correct purchase decision Be “the face” of our business and build a strong dealership reputation Work individually and as a part of a team- commit to individual and team sales goals
