At Urban Exchange, we specialize in brand name and designer second-hand clothing and accessories. In addition to assisting our amazing customers that have been with us since 2003, employees find a unique opportunity hand-selecting merchandise, as well as displaying and marketing the items in store and through social media platforms.

The sales associate position includes:

Assisting customers with merchandise & answering customer questions about our consignment policy Reviewing and selecting incoming clothing for consignment Visual merchandising & stocking new inventory Point of sale transactions & maintaining customer accounts Opening and closing the store Assisting in pricing new inventory Developing Social Media promotions Part-time hours. Opening & closing shifts available. Previous experience in customer service, POS (Point of Sale) & cash handling preferred- but we will train the right person!
