Retail Associate Golden Pond Country Store 10 Shepard Hill Road, Holderness, NH 03245 Overview We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our dynamic team at Golden Pond Country Store in Holderness, NH. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment where your ability to connect with customers and showcase our products will be key to your success. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Operate the cash register accurately, handling transactions efficiently. Maintain a well-organized sales floor by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are easily accessible. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement. Communicate effectively with customers, providing information about promotions, new arrivals, and store policies. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Assist with food preparation (making subs, pizza, etc…) Skills Ability to learn cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries professionally. Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively. Capable of conducting engaging product demos that capture customer interest. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with diverse customers.
