• Ensuring customers have an exceptional retail shopping experience by
• Engaging in thoughtful conversations, helping customers find the correct products, and providing product suggestions.
• Being efficient and accurate at the cash register and cutting counter.
• Collaborating with other team members and management by assisting with training new team members on running the register, cutting fabric, stocking shelves, and customer service.
• Promote a productive and supportive work environment by
• Acting as manager on duty to open/close the store when there is not a member of store management present.
• Following-up with team members to ensure tasks are completed well and in a timely manner.
• Assisting store management with leading team members by observing and coaching.
• Maintain an organized and clean store environment by
• Working closely with store management to identify key tasks and assists in delegating them to team members.
• Perform operational duties such as, ensuring store compliance and finding creative ways to drive the business.
• Putting away/processing returns and stocking and organizing the shelves.
• Entering and exiting truck beds and lifting boxes from the truck and receiving area.
• Physical requirements may include
• Standing/walking for the duration of your shift.
• Pushing/pulling merchandise with appropriate equipment (carts, bins, etc.)
• Bending down, reaching above head, climbing and descending ladder.
• Orally communicating, using 2-way radios, inputting data on a computer, and handheld units, and reading reports and instructions.
• Individually lift up to 49 pounds, and group lift up to 97 pounds (under 2 lbs. on a constant basis, 10 lbs. on a frequent basis, 10-49 lbs. on an occasional basis, and 50-97 lbs. group lifts on an infrequent basis).

Education Minimum:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Minimum:

1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment

Experience Preferred:

2-3+ years of retail supervisory experience
