Position Overview:
We’re looking for a part-time Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to support our sales and service departments. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and motivated to provide a high level of customer service. This position offers the opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time as you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and online inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle sales and service Maintain communication with potential and existing customers Accurately log all customer interactions in our CRM system Assist with general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Prior BDC, customer service, or dealership experience is a must Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with phones, email, and CRM software Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
What We Offer:
