You will provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the selection of bridal gowns and accessories while ensuring a personalized and enjoyable shopping experience. Your expertise in sales and product knowledge will help brides find the perfect attire for their special day. Duties Assist brides in selecting bridal gowns and accessories that match their vision and style. Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and preferences. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all stock is well-displayed. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and operating the cash register. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Stay updated on current trends in bridal fashion to provide informed recommendations to clients. Requirements Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a retail environment. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for transaction accuracy.
