Full Job Description About Us:

MOM’s Manchester is a premier powersports dealership offering top brands in motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and more. We’re passionate about the riding lifestyle—and we’re looking for a motivated BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to help drive our sales team forward by managing leads, setting appointments, and providing outstanding customer service.

Position Overview:

As a BDC Representative , you’ll play a key role in generating and managing leads through phone, email, and online inquiries. Your goal is to connect with potential customers, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This position is perfect for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about powersports or outdoor recreation.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound sales leads via phone, email, and web platforms Follow up with potential customers to qualify their interest and set appointments Track and manage all customer interactions in the CRM system Identify and revive missed or inactive leads in the CRM Provide product information and support during initial inquiries Work closely with the sales team to ensure all leads are followed up on Assist with outbound campaigns and follow-ups from demo rides or dealership events Schedule and confirm sales appointments with customers Collaborate with marketing on promotions and customer outreach Generate lead reports and help analyze performance metrics

Qualifications:

Experience in a customer service, sales support, or call center role is a plus Strong communication and follow-up skills (phone and email) Comfortable working with CRM software and digital tools Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented Interest in motorcycles, ATVs, or powersports is highly desirable Willingness to learn about new products and promotions Why Join MOM’s Manchester?
