JOB TITLE

Our ideal candidate has awesome customer service and phone skills; works well under holiday pressure; is familiar with computers/POS systems; able to lift 35+ lbs. of product/boxes; takes initiative; and loves chocolate and ice cream!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: Opens and closes store to company specifications, as needed Building custom boxes of chocolates for customers out of the showcase, Product awareness to answer questions in a knowledgeable fashion, in the store and on the phone Using the POS Cash register for sales and other related tasks Answering the phone — answering questions, taking orders Using digital scales Scooping ice cream/sundaes/frappes Light cleaning and stocking Other tasks as needed for daily store operations
WORK SCHEDULE
: Variable Shift Afternoons, Evenings, and weekends- Required .
PAY & BENEFITS
: Salary is paid on an hourly basis and is negotiable.
