As a Center Associate you would provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment offering mail and package services through UPS and USPS. We offer mailbox, printing, fax, and packaging services to our customers as well. Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Provide customers with shipping options that best suit their needs Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services Ability to operate all equipment, software and devices. Manage returns of merchandise for corporate accounts Coordinate with team members to provide excellent customer service Maintain a clean and safe working environment Skills Customer service experience Understanding of the retail sales process and POS systems Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Flexibility to work various shifts Ability to comfortability lift 50 lbs Prompt, reliable and responsible
