Customer Interaction :
Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle selection process. •
Product Knowledge :
Being well-versed in the features, specifications, and benefits of the vehicles in the dealership’s inventory. •
Vehicle Presentations :
Demonstrating the features of vehicles to customers and explaining how they meet their needs and preferences. •
Test Drives :
Accompanying customers on test drives and highlighting the performance and features of the vehicles. •
Negotiation :
Negotiating financing terms, trade-in allowances, and any additional products or services with customers. •
Closing Sales :
Finalizing sales transactions, completing paperwork, and arranging for delivery of vehicles to customers. •
Customer Service :
Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. •
Networking and Prospecting :
Building relationships with potential customers through networking events, referrals, and other lead generation activities. •
Continuous Learning :
Staying updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and advancements in automotive technology. •
Team Collaboration :
Working closely with other members of the sales team, as well as with other departments within the dealership, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience. •
Independent :
Reaching out to potential customers yourselves. You’re responsible for also bringing customers in whether through personal networking or social media. If you’re Bilingual it’s a plus. Especially if it’s Spanish and Portuguese.
