Full Job Description Sales Associate Duties:

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and assist with their purchasing decisions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits of various products.
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in jewelry, electronics, or technical sales is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus).
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and point-of-sale software.
