Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and ensuring displays are appealing. Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and promotions. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Work along side the owner with a willingness to learn and grow here. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing and inventory management. Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing. Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly. Effective communication skills to engage with customers and team members. Familiarity with stock management practices to ensure product availability. Previous experience in a retail store setting would be required. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
