Summary As a Retail Sales Associate and Avian Specialist at Bird Supply of NH LLC, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and promoting our extensive range of pet products. This position is essential for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers while contributing to our mission of providing quality care for pets. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection and inquiries. Care & Feeding along with cleaning for our birds and avian guests. Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed. Handle phone inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about products and services. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance sales and promote additional products. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
