Summary:

ASM Global, the world leader in venue management, has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Ticket Seller at SNHU Arena. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service as the first point of contact for ticketing needs. Under direct supervision, the Ticket Seller is responsible for processing ticket sales, exchanges, and responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following: Open and/or closes ticket window as required Accurately dispenses tickets as requested by patrons; accepts payment and makes changes accurately. Maintains accurate count when selling hard tickets or accesses computers for count of computer printed tickets. Completes daily ticket sales reports. Keeps accurate daily balance sheet of cash received and tickets sold; balances sales and change bank, submits cash to Box Office Manager or Supervisor for audit. Handles Will-Call window according to procedures. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; responds promptly to customer needs; responds to requests for service and assistance. Ability to work independently and handle most box office questions without assistance. Efficiently and courteously answers questions concerning pricing, seating, and events. Gives information concerning upcoming events. Files various records/reports and perform related clerical work as assigned. Performs related duties as assigned by Box Office Manager and Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Calculate mathematical computations and handle financial transactions rapidly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Possess understanding of the operational procedures, facility capabilities, industry terminology, event-related services, and technical requirements for the types of events anticipated at the facility. Follow all policies and procedures, risk management, safety precautions, rules, regulations, and emergency procedures established at the facility. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, evenings and weekends. Maintain a client service-oriented attitude. Education and/or

Experience:

High School diploma or GED. Computer and cash handling experience is strongly preferred. Box Office or guest service background preferred.
