As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately and responsibly. Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms by performing regular bussing duties. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers. Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing products in the grocery store or café setting. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a retail or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic retail math skills are advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe working environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds.
