Job Summary:
The Sales Support team member is responsible for ensuring a smooth sales process by managing daily responsibilities related to customer service, financing, and deal coordination. This role involves monitoring communications, processing transactions, presenting finance and warranty options, and assisting customers throughout their sales journey. A collaborative spirit and a commitment to exceptional service is a must. Though a starting pay is noted, compensation will be discussed based on relevant experience. What We’re Looking for: 5+ years of powersports dealership experience in the sales or finance roles. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a workload from various sources. A friendly and proactive customer service attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple CRM systems as business needs evolve. Availability to work weekends as needed.
Daily Tasks:

Email Communication:
Monitor the Customer Service inbox to address inquiries and ensure timely responses. •
Customer Check-ins:
Monitor “next action” Proactively check in with customers regarding their sales processes and upcoming closings. What was discussed, where did you leave off, what’s next? Set next action in PIMS •
Text Communication:
Monitor post deposit Kenect sales & support text conversations, provide answers to sales questions, and assist in managing conversations for absent sales & support associates. •
PIMS Deal Management:
Regularly review Next Action & Alerts messages as well as Under-Deposit, & Incomplete deals. Gather stipulations for financing and follow up with customers regarding pending transactions (e.g., wiring/mailing checks). Leave detailed notes following customer or internal conversations as needed. •
LightSpeed Deal Management:
o Build sales deals, Process deposits for online and in-house customers, and handle cancellations and refunds accordingly. o Create quotes for finance applications lacking deposits. o Engage with approved customers to secure deposits and convert quotes associated with applications into deals. o Ensure all required stipulations are gathered and outstanding needs are addressed for units ready to close/finalize. •
Folder Management:
Organize folders for deals with deposits, ensuring all stipulations are met and scheduling customers for in-person signings or DocuSign when necessary. •
Finance Presentation:
Build warranty and service contract menus tailored to customer needs. Present pricing and payment options that are available to the buyer. •
Sales Bin Review:
Evaluate sales bins and dismantle any sales that have fallen through. Return vehicle paperwork to proper file location. •
Declined Applications:
File declined financing applications appropriately and notify the salesperson to follow up with customer to explore other options such as adding cosigners, moving forward without financing or selecting a less expensive vehicle. •
Outstanding Needs Assistance:
Support any remaining tasks related to funding delays or customer follow-ups to ensure successful month end deal closures.
