DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Membership Sales :

Engage with potential businesses to promote the benefits of BBB membership and achieve sales targets.

Professional Development :

Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of BBB standards.

Relationship Building :

Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers, providing exceptional customer service.

Market Research :

Conduct research to identify new membership opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

Ethical Standards :

Educate businesses on the importance of ethical practices and uphold BBB’s commitment to integrity.

Reporting :

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular performance reports.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

College degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in sales, preferably consultative, membership, and/or professional service sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse business owners. Self-motivated and results-driven. Knowledge of ethical business practices. Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
