In thisvital role, you’ll assist our marketing department in attractingthe right kind of clients to our firm, and be the first point ofcontact for clients and the face of our business. This role is perfect for someone who has marketing and salesexperience, and is looking to grow in these skills. What we’re looking for:

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute across thefirm, learning new skills and growing with the business. Thebreakdown of this role is roughly: 40 % marketing 50 % concierge reception and consultative sales 10 % clerical support
Note:
This is an in-person position only-you must be able to beon-site in Walnut Creek full-time. The office will not accept telephone or email inquiries.
Responsibilities:
In This Role, You Will:
- Meet weekly with our Office Manager to facilitate variousmarketing campaigns and initiatives
- Manage various marketing responsibilities independently fromweek to week
- Provide concierge-level reception over the phone and inperson.
- Conduct initial interviews with potential clients and sellconsultations with attorneys
- Manage monthly marketing and sales data and reports
- Provide some clerical support to the whole team.
