Sales Clerk/Customer Service The Robie Store 9 Riverside Street, Hooksett, NH 03106 Overview We are seeking a motivated and friendly Sales Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and supporting local business. Individual will to create a welcoming shopping and dining environment. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining store organization. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our farm fresh products Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with their inquiries. Maintain knowledge of store products to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product availability. Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring smooth transaction processes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about products and services as needed. Experience Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with familiarity in operating cash registers or POS systems. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers over the phone.
