Seasonal Store Clerk Keyser Pond Campground 1739 Old Concord Road, Henniker, NH 03242 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Clerk to join our team in our campground store. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional camping experience for our customers. This position involve managing stock levels and providing outstanding customer service. A friendly demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively are essential for success in this role. Weekday hours would be mother’s hours. Duties Assist customers with inquiries, providing information about products and campsites. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are available and well-presented. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently during transactions. Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy while adhering to company policies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Take reservations via phone or in person. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive camping experience. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Experience in retail sales or campground is preferred. Proficiency in operating POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Strong organizational skills for managing stock levels and store displays. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers, though not required.
