Summary As a Cashier and Store Clerk, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and managing transactions efficiently. Reporting to the Store Manager, your core skills in cash handling, retail sales, and communication will ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. You will also utilize premium skills such as POS operation and merchandising to enhance product visibility and sales. Your relevant experience in grocery store operations will contribute to maintaining stock levels and providing product knowledge, making you a vital part of our retail team. Some position requirements are, but not limited to: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older. Maintaining a clean, customer friendly store environment. Accurately and efficiently completing sales transactions and maintaining proper accountability at the cash register. Retail Customer Service Can work without constant supervision Will maintain image standards by maintaining cleanliness and fresh merchandise Can handle a fast-paced work environment, Ability to multi-task, prioritize and order tasks Is a team player Ability to work mid or 2nd shifts on a regular basis, work weekends and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements Include:
Comfort with having to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 25′ This is an in-person position. A waiting period may apply for benefits.
