This role is for you if you have: Excellent organizational and communication skills A willingness, desire, and aptitude to effectively reach out, qualify and close curated prospects Curiosity and the desire to uncover a prospect’s needs to tailor the best solution for them A creative, solution-oriented mindset —you see opportunities, not obstacles The ability to navigate the complexities of an enterprise-grade sale including identifying key decision makers and processes An aptitude for engaging, collaborating, and influencing client decisions on the fly A very high level of professionalism and business acumen The ability to prioritize and handle multiple, diverse, and competing tasks A robust understanding and an interest in honing selling skills and product knowledge A strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation The ability to learn our extensive product catalogue and sales operations practices An extensive and demonstrated record of success in the sales arena Above all, and along with the above attributes, a successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales and is extremely motivated to close new business. A typical workday might include the following: Conducting thorough discovery with sales qualified leads via phone, text and email to uncover their needs and determine if our products will be a good fit for them. Provide feedback and perspective to Marketing on lead generation activity. Engaging with targeted prospects who have reached out for product information and working to convert them to sales. Fielding customer inquiries and product-related questions, developing relationships with prospects, and actively driving our sales process down the funnel Collaborating with the marketing, design and sales operations teams to improve our content, methodologies and processes targeted at increasing sales win rate. Developing a deep understanding of the product catalog with the goal of building expertise and a track record that leads to the potential of expanding the role as the company grows.
