Fine Jewelry Sales Associate Sage Jewelers Northfield, NJ 08225 Overview We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces. Your expertise in fine jewelry, along with your sales skills, will help create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in fine jewelry. Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers about the features and benefits of various jewelry pieces. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, showcasing merchandise effectively. Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and displaying new products. Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or scheduling appointments. Requirements Two years proven experience in jewelry sales. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to effectively upsell products while maintaining customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
