Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service & Sales Clerk to assist our dealers via phone, process sales, and provide product support. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. There is significant room for growth and career advancement for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting wholesale clients primarily over the phone, and email. Occasionally helping clients in the warehouse. Learn and understand our product lines to help customers find the right solutions. Process purchase orders accurately in a timely manner. Handle customer price and stock inquiries and resolve simple issues professionally. Collaborate with the sales team to meet company goals and improve processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable lifting, pushing and pulling 50lbs or more. Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Basic computer knowledge:

experience with ERP systems is a plus. Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate!
