Farm market team members are responsible for driving themselves to the Market, setting up our display in an organized fashion involving a tent, tables, and rolling rack. Offering great customer service while selling our baked goods throughout the scheduled market time. At the end of the Market you will scan returns, pack up all baked goods, breakdown the tent, and tables and organize for easy pickup by our Driver. Applicants must have a clean driver’s license, reliable transportation and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Responsibilities Set up a canopy tent and tables without assistance. Drive to the designated Farm Market location. Handle cash and manage financial transactions with precision. Use the Inventory management system Sortly. Operate a tablet for credit card transactions. Ability to lift 50 lbs Maintain an organized market area to create an inviting shopping environment. Basic math skills for inventory management and transaction accuracy. Take care of customers with a smile. Skills Proficient in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions. Strong upselling abilities to maximize sales opportunities. Basic math skills for accurate financial handling and inventory management. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers. Knowledge of stock management practices to ensure product availability. Supervisory skills to lead and motivate team members effectively. Experience in engaging with customers effectively. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
