Front Desk Sales Associate Massage Envy [Waldwick, Closter, and Edgewater] is looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate who enjoys helping others feel their best. This is a fast-paced, customer-service role where attention to detail and a positive teamwork attitude are essential. We’re seeking self-starters who are outgoing and enjoy building relationships with customers—recommending and matching services and product offerings to their needs. Day-to-Day:

Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach

Requirements:

Sales and customer service experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Evening & weekend availability Dependable & able to attend scheduled shifts Excellent customer service Able to perform general cleaning tasks
