Responsibilities Drive Membership Growth:

Make 50+ outbound calls per day to leads, former clients, and local prospects to introduce the StretchLab experience and convert them into loyal members.

Lead Studio Tours & Conversions:

Greet walk-ins, deliver a polished first impression, and guide potential members through personalized consultations that highlight our unique value.

Build Community:

Engage with members before and after sessions, support local events, and help foster a welcoming, high-energy environment that keeps people coming back.

Overcome Objections Gracefully:

Handle concerns about pricing, time, or uncertainty with confidence and compassion—always connecting prospects back to their wellness goals.

Collaborate & Communicate:

Work hand-in-hand with studio leadership, Flexologists, and marketing partners to create a seamless, supportive client experience.
