Your expertise in sales and customer service will help guide clients through the process of choosing the perfect gown and accessories, ensuring that each visit is personalized and enjoyable. You will be responsible for maintaining the store’s inventory and providing exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations. Duties Assist brides and their parties in selecting wedding dresses and accessories, providing expert advice on styles, fits, and trends. Utilize strong sales techniques to upsell additional products and services, enhancing the overall shopping experience. Maintain an organized stockroom, ensuring that all merchandise is properly displayed and readily accessible. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when scheduling appointments or answering inquiries from potential clients. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals while fostering a positive work environment. Apply basic math skills to assist with inventory management and retail math calculations as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Familiarity with stock management practices and retail math concepts. A passion for fashion, particularly bridal wear, is highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette to provide professional customer interactions. Strong upselling skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
