K Beauty Outlet is looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our Edgewater location! We’re seeking someone with a bright, outgoing personality who’s excited to share their love for K-beauty with our amazing community of customers. Our store is known for carrying a wide range of popular and hard-to-find Korean skincare products, and many of our shoppers rely on us to guide them in choosing the best items for their skin needs. That’s why we’re looking for someone who’s genuinely interested in skincare and eager to learn everything there is to know about the products we carry. Whether you’re already a skincare enthusiast or just starting your K-beauty journey, what matters most is that you’re passionate, dedicated, and ready to grow with us. As a Sales Associate, your main responsibility will be providing friendly, helpful service to every customer who walks in. You’ll help them navigate our selection, answer their questions, and recommend the right products. You’ll also be trusted to work with our POS system, process transactions accurately, and help keep the store neat, organized, and visually appealing. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and polished shopping experience—so attention to detail and a strong sense of organization are key. This is a full-time position, and weekend availability is important (we are closed on Sundays due to Bergen County Regulation). While retail experience is a plus, it’s not necessary—we’re happy to train the right person who brings energy, reliability, and a genuine interest in skincare. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product selection, especially in Korean skincare Provide personalized skincare recommendations based on customer needs Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on Korean skincare trends Operate and manage the POS system accurately for sales and returns Organize and restock shelves to keep the store neat, clean, and visually appealing Stock and organize new shipments as they arrive Clean the store as needed, including dusting, sweeping, and wiping down surfaces Ensure displays are attractive and merchandise is well-presented Create a warm and welcoming shopping environment for all customers Willingly learn about new brands and products to better support customer questions Support team efforts to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Adhere to all company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations. Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers of diverse backgrounds.
