Your Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Budtender (Quality Care Specialist) who shares our passion for cannabis and community. You’ll be the face of our dispensary-guiding guests through our product selection, offering expert advice, and ensuring every customer leaves with the right products and a great experience. This role is perfect for someone who’s energized by helping others, eager to learn, and excited about being part of a fast-growing industry.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism Educate guests on cannabis products, including strains, effects, methods of consumption, and wellness benefits Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences Complete sales transactions accurately and in compliance with all local/state regulations Keep displays stocked and product presentations fresh Stay up-to-date on new product releases and cannabis trends Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for all guests Provide feedback to the team to help improve service and product offerings Upsell premium products and limited-edition items by highlighting benefits and value Cross-sell complementary products (e.g., pairing flower with rolling papers, or edibles with beverages) Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective recommendations and customer engagement Actively promote store promotions, bundles, and loyalty programs to maximize the customer’s basket size
What You Bring:
Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service Cannabis knowledge is a big plus-but we’re happy to train the right passionate individual Confidence in using POS systems and handling cash Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and grow with us Must be at least 21 years of age Why Join Us? Pay:
$17.00 – $18.00 per hour
