Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are readily available for customers. Supervise junior staff members when required, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math tasks to ensure accurate financial transactions. Uphold phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries, ensuring professionalism at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
