In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide engaging product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and ensuring displays are visually appealing. Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks. Utilize retail math skills to process sales transactions and manage returns effectively. Communicate promotions, sales, and new products to customers to drive sales performance. Skills Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers accurately. Knowledge of retail math to assist in managing transactions and inventory. Ability to stock merchandise efficiently while maintaining store organization. Experience in conducting product demos that engage customers and promote sales. Proven sales skills with a focus on achieving individual and team targets. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
