• Cherry Hill Mall) Lulu’s Permanent Jewelry is hiring outgoing and confident Sales Associates to join our team at Cherry Hill Mall .

This position is perfect for girls in their late teens or 20s who love connecting with people and creating a fun, personalized shopping experience. You’re not just selling jewelry—you’re helping customers create custom, welded pieces they’ll wear every day. What You’ll Be Doing Greet and welcome customers, start conversations, and explain what permanent jewelry is and how it works. Help customers choose their chain and charm styles based on their personal taste. Learn how to custom-fit and weld the jewelry directly on the customer . Full training is provided—no experience needed. Handle sales transactions accurately using our POS system. Upsell pieces or add-ons to help boost sales while still giving each customer a great experience. Keep the kiosk neat and visually appealing by organizing products and restocking when needed. Work as part of a team to meet daily sales goals and maintain a positive energy throughout your shift. What We’re Looking For Confident and friendly personality who isn’t afraid to start conversations with strangers. Strong communication skills—you know how to talk to people and make them feel comfortable. Ability to convince and guide customers to find the perfect custom look. Willingness to learn how to weld and build the jewelry on the customer . Basic math skills for processing payments. Reliable, responsible, and able to manage your time well during shifts. Experience in retail or sales is a plus, but we will train the right person.
