We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Collaborate with team members to meet company objectives Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic math and computer skills Positive attitude and team-player mindset
