We are looking to add a dynamic Sales Specialist to help grow our optical product sales and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Role Overview:

The Optical Sales Specialist will be responsible for greeting patients, educating them on eyewear products, assisting in frame selection, and driving sales of optical products. While experience in optometry sales is preferred, we are willing to train a motivated individual with a strong sales background and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and warmly welcome patients into the clinic. Assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and eyewear products based on their needs and preferences. Educate patients about optical products, lens options, and accessories. Achieve individual and clinic sales goals through proactive customer engagement. Coordinate orders, track inventory, and manage product displays to ensure a professional appearance. Schedule patient appointments and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales, ideally within optometry or eyewear (preferred but not required). Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Comfortable interacting with patients in a professional office environment. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Willingness to learn about optometry products and procedures.
