Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual to manage sales and daily operations in our Pro Shop. This role bridges customer service, product knowledge, and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced retail/wholesale environment and enjoy building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist professional contractors and retail customers with product selection and orders
- Provide expert knowledge on flooring materials, tools, and accessories
- Process sales transactions and manage inventory flow
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries and manage stock levels
- Maintain showroom and Pro Shop presentation standards
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Work closely with warehouse and installation teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of retail sales or flooring industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of flooring materials (tile, hardwood, LVP, etc.) is a strong plus
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills and POS experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
