We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic budtender to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting product knowledge through effective communication. A passion for cannabis and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the product selection process. Provide detailed information about various cannabis strains, products, and their effects. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on usage and benefits. Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of products. Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting regular counts, and ensuring product freshness. Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions efficiently. Upsell products based on customer preferences and needs. Ensure compliance with all local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience with cannabis, retail sales, and customer service is preferred. Familiarity with retail math to assist in managing inventory and sales transactions. Strong communication skills to effectively convey product knowledge to customers. Basic math skills for handling cash register operations accurately. Bilingual abilities needed, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. A genuine interest in cannabis culture and product knowledge is highly desirable.
