$20/hr We’re seeking a detail-focused Ink Technician to mix, match, and prepare inks for printed label production. If you’re mechanically inclined, have a keen eye for color, and enjoy hands-on work, this is your opportunity to be an essential part of a fast-moving print team.

Key Responsibilities:

Mix custom inks using digital formulas or manual weights Perform color matching and drawdowns for new jobs Maintain and clean equipment like pumps, scales, and dispensers Troubleshoot ink-related press issues alongside press operators Prepare daily lists of ink quantities needed for production

Qualifications:

Prior experience in ink mixing, color matching, or label printing Strong mechanical and math skills Excellent attention to detail and color discrimination Reliable, organized, and able to work independently High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:
