Currently we are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to work for a new cannabis dispensary in Buffalo, NY. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right products for their needs. You will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized sales floor while ensuring compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis, strong communication skills, and experience in retail sales. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding cannabis products. Sell cannabis products while ensuring compliance with state regulations. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure an appealing shopping environment. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about various strains and consumption methods. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area. Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or cannabis store environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance customer interactions. Knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, effects, and consumption methods is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
