Junior Sales Associate Clarity Marketing Inc East Brunswick, NJ 08816 Overview We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the products they need. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail sales and eager to learn and grow within the industry. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in their shopping experience within a retail setting. Generate leads through face-to-face interactions with potential customers within a retail setting Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging face-to-face product demos. Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies to meet team goals. Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive business growth. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele. Ability to communicate effectively; bilingual candidates are a plus. A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
